Hotel is gorgeous, love the decor and trendy 70s inspired design. Room was enormous and very well decorated, though lack of drawers meant difficult to fully unpack with only hanging space. Giant balcony which was in the sun all day and overlooked the pool. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. I felt the service let the stay down overall. Whilst housekeeping were excellent, front desk/lobby staff were not forthcoming with checking in on our stay, helping with taxis etc. Bar service around the pool needs improvements in processes. The outdoor bar was closed for the season which is fine, but ordering and delivering drinks around the pool was difficult, with insufficient staff available, and the bar itself frequently cluttered with dirty cups. Breakfast buffet was standard for a hotel of the size/category of the Kimpton, but again let down by inconsistent service, often with staff members forgetting drinks we'd ordered, or us having to search out a member of staff to place an order for coffee. We weren't informed breakfast was included in our booking and found this out on our second day after having breakfast elsewhere. Service overall I didn't find personal or personable, with us directed via the in-room tv or QR code to the website to place room service orders and find out about the hotel. The room service ordering was technically buggy and we couldn't resolve it. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but did try lunch once which I found overpriced and poor quality.

The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. We would definitely love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Coral Beach Aparthotel! The staff were amazing and helpful, always ready to provide support. The location is perfect - just far enough away from the noise and crowds at Puerto Banus, but less than a 15 min walk along the boardwalk or a 5 min car ride away if you want the night life. Tranquil, peaceful setting with small flocks of parrots flying along the coast and on the property. Maybe it was the time of year, late Sept, but the weather was perfect and the crowds/traffic were minimal. On-site, garage parking was a bonus, and with an Aldi right across the street, couldn't have been more convenient. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were. The balconies are large and the beach view makes for a perfect stay!

The villa was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The en-suites were clean, the towels were soft, and there were a few toiletries provided to keep us going. Toilet paper was also supplied promptly whenever we requested more. The only drawback for us was the location of the kitchen at the back of the house, which we found a little inconvenient. It would have been much better positioned closer to the pool area — mainly so we could get to those cold drinks a little quicker! A special mention has to go to Dexter, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. His personal touch, genuine kindness and attentiveness really made a difference and made us feel so well looked after. His team were lovely, polite and happy to help, making us feel comfortable asking anything, whether it was advice about Marbella, getting around or the villa itself. Their warmth and willingness to help genuinely added to our holiday. We couldn’t recommend Dexter and his team highly enough!
